Dear Friends,

This weekend we welcome Frs John Heley and Bill Dobson and thank them for celebrating Mass for us.

WE NEED HELP with counting the collection and arranging the flowers in Church. If you can help please contact Fr Tony. We also need a new Organist, can you help please?

SACRED HEART SCHOOL, SWAFFHAM Please see notice in Church to attend introduction and assessment days on 16th, 17th and 18th of January,including Scholarships and Awards etc. More info available from Fr Tony.

CHURCHES TOGETHER. Songs of Praise with the Fakenham Town Band and the Parish Church Choir. Sunday, 20th January at 6.30 pm at Fakenham Parish Church, to celebrate the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION CLASSES ARE ON THURSDAY AT 5.30-6.30 pm IN THE PRESBYTERY. PLEASE BRING YOUR CHILDREN ON TIME AND STAY FOR THE HOUR WITH THEM, TO HELP WITH THE HOMEWORK. THE DATE OF THE NEXT CLASS SOON

On Thursday, 31st January there will be a lecture on ’Compassion: nice idea or urgent global imperative?’ given by Karen Armstrong, scholar, religious commentator and founder of The Charter for Compassion.
