Parish Life

All who have made their First Holy Communion may join our Altar Servers Guild. In the first year you will be given instructions on serving and the responsibility expected for this most important service to the life of the Church's liturgy. After one year you will be invited to become a full member of St Anthony's Alter Server's Guild. Please talk with Fr Dominic in the first instance if you would like more information.

The Parish is also involved in, or helps a number of charities over the year including:

CAFOD The Catholic Agency for third world Development. 

MISSIO Supporting the world-wide mission of the Church through prayer, red collecting boxes and other collections. 

Aid to the Church in Need a Pontifical foundation of the Catholic Church supporting the Catholic faithful and other Christians where they are persecuted oppressed or in pastoral need.

Stella Maris the Church's outreach to seafarers regardless of colour, creed or nationality.

Pax Christi The Church's work for world peace.
